We’re doing Mid-Autumn Festival differently this year.
Instead of giving out mooncakes, we will instead be
gifting a donation to Rise Against Hunger, a global non-profit organisation that helps to feed the
needy, including poor elderly folks, in Singapore and
across the globe. In 2021,
the organisation distributed over 27 million meals
worldwide.

Why this initiative?
Because food waste in Singapore is a growing concern. A
staggering 817,000 tonnes were generated last
year
– food that could have fed every poor person here. As a
partner who shares our values, we believe you’ll join us
in supporting this positive initiative.
So let’s celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival this year by
sustaining traditions, sustainably. For the time for action is now, to secure many more
brighter moons, for many more generations to come.
